What you'll do

• Deliver high-quality member experiences through safe, effective, and motivational classes.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and form while modifying intensity as needed.
• Increase class attendance through knowledge, skill, and emotional connection.
• Teach at least two classes per week.
• Create community through positive interactions.
• Address member concerns or direct them to management.
• Report equipment maintenance needs.
• Drive excitement for classes and recruit members.
• Secure substitutes as needed.
• Maintain a social media presence.
• Attend staff meetings.
