Crisis Clinician (Weekend Overnights)

The Crisis Clinician (Weekend Overnights) role is onsite in Jefferson City, MO. Compensation is $29.22–$41.45 per hour. The clinician works at Compass Health Network’s Behavioral Health Crisis Center, supporting the continued delivery of community care. The clinician assesses people experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises, guides service flow, and supports non-clinical staff. The role coordinates timely, person-centered care with internal teams and community partners, with the aim of preventing unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement.

What you'll do

• Serve as lead assessor
• complete comprehensive assessments, intake documentation, and individualized discharge planning
• oversee and support non-clinical staff
• direct referrals and service flow
• coordinate with internal teams, law enforcement, EMS, and community partners
• maintain compliant records
• provide culturally responsive care
• offer virtual support to other sites as needed.
