The Litigation Paralegal role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, with compensation of $65,000–$75,000 per year, DOE, plus high bonus potential. The paralegal supports two attorneys on plaintiffs’ personal injury matters through discovery, mediation, and trial preparation. The role manages litigation files, deadlines, legal documents, evidence, client communications, and hearing and trial materials.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal injury litigation from pre-trial through post-trial
• conduct legal research and gather evidence
• draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
• file and manage court documents and deadlines
• coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses
• review and summarize records
• manage discovery
• prepare case files and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials
• maintain case management systems
• communicate case updates to clients
• prepare trial exhibits and notebooks.
