What you'll do

• Repair building exteriors, grounds, mechanical systems, and plumbing systems
• schedule routine maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, painting, and turnover work
• implement preventive maintenance
• supervise contract work
• prepare vacated apartments for showing and renting
• serve as scheduled on-call emergency maintenance contact at night or on weekends
• manage budget and inventory.
