SaaS Services Manager

It combines customer-facing consulting with hands-on platform administration, negotiation support, and coordination with Zylo's Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.

What you'll do

• Embed with customers to advance SaaS management opportunities surfaced by the platform
• help mature SaaS lifecycle management and procurement processes
• own or support SaaS negotiations, including stakeholder collaboration, price benchmarking, and provider discussions
• administer customer Zylo instances and maintain application, spend, and owner records
• support license reclamation, subscription consolidation, rogue-purchase controls, and risk reduction
• track customer-value metrics and communicate progress and ROI
• coordinate with Customer Success, Product, and Support.
