What you'll do

• lead, schedule, coach, and support housekeeping staff
• inspect guest units and public areas and follow up on deficiencies
• coordinate staffing and assignments based on occupancy and operational needs
• monitor productivity, labor, attendance, and performance
• manage supplies and equipment inventory
• respond to guest concerns
• train employees
• maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.
