What you'll do

• Assist the Managing Supervisor with grounds upkeep and cleaning amenity areas
• follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment
• complete assigned community maintenance tasks
• respond to resident cleaning-related service requests and notify office staff or lead maintenance when complete
• prepare apartments for move-ins by cleaning appliances, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, fixtures, and floors
• freshen the model daily
• clean building exteriors, clubhouse areas, management office, and laundry room as scheduled.
