What you'll do

• Manage building automation projects
• support design and controls installation
• coordinate subcontractors, schedules, equipment, and materials
• review drawings and specifications and understand HVAC design intent
• communicate with architects, engineers, owners, and contractors through RFIs, change orders, and submittals
• track costs and monthly billings
• participate in commissioning and closeout
• verify field markups and support as-built documentation
• maintain a safe work environment.
