The Retail Key Holder role is onsite in Fairfield, CA. Pay is $17.65 per hour. BevMo! by Gopuff’s Retail Operations team supports convenient access to products and services for customers. The Key Holder helps keep store operations running in the absence of management by opening and closing the store, supporting customers and employees, and handling sales-floor, inventory, and cash tasks. The role contributes to customer service and sales while maintaining store standards and security procedures.

What you'll do

• Open and close the store
• provide customer service and product recommendations
• support the store during high-volume periods and assist new employees
• restock merchandise, count inventory, and identify discrepancies
• process cash transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• follow age-verification policies
• monitor the sales floor to help prevent theft
• maintain store cleanliness
• and train new employees on procedures, product knowledge, and service standards.
