What you'll do

• Track and follow up with authors after editorial services
• manage author workloads through the editorial process
• answer general factual questions by phone and email
• research service complaints for customer service staff
• communicate feedback to editors
• complete editorial forms and questionnaires
• send editorial information
• escalate difficult questions
• perform quality-assurance checks
• facilitate add-on payments, returns, and order adjustments
• assist with project file trafficking.
