What you'll do

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
• manage case files and records
• coordinate discovery and document production
• draft and proofread pleadings, motions, correspondence, and discovery responses
• prepare deposition summaries and exhibits
• assist with trial preparation
• conduct factual and legal research
• track deadlines and case milestones
• coordinate with clients, experts, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
• and assist with matter administration, billing, and expenses.
