Tier 2 Help Desk Specialist

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, and network issues
• manage incident lifecycle and documentation
• administer endpoint compliance, patching, imaging, and encryption using Intune and SCCM/MECM
• manage identity and access controls in Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, and Okta
• support Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms and VIP requests
• maintain knowledge articles and SLA/OLA reporting
• analyze recurring incidents
• mentor Tier 1 staff.
