• Lead, develop, and coach District Managers and Route Sales Representatives

• oversee route audits, customer visits, issue resolution, and proactive communication
• support retention and revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, product sampling, and new account installations
• collaborate with Sales, Production, and Office teams
• enforce safety standards and oversee safe vehicle operation.
