What you'll do

• Lead pool staff, provide discipline and constructive feedback, conduct periodic evaluations, and run monthly meetings or workshops
• deliver aquatic-based new-hire training
• support W.A.T.E.R. Safety presentations
• oversee Swim Instructor Trainers and Swim Team Coaches
• communicate shift notes to the GM/AGM
• prepare weekly status reports and student progress summaries.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Two or more years as a swim instructor and youth coaching, teaching, or camp experience are preferred. Lifeguard, CPR, AED, First Aid, and Ellis credentials are preferred; training is available, and CPO certification is optional.
