Fleet & Facilities Manager

The Fleet & Facilities Manager is an onsite role located in Ontario, CA, with a salary range of $75,000 - $120,000 per year. This position supports the distribution center operations by ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficiency of all fleet and facility assets. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance teams, managing vendor relationships, and implementing sustainability initiatives. It ensures that refrigeration systems, power industrial equipment, and vehicles are maintained to support uninterrupted service and product quality.

What you'll do

• Direct and monitor associates responsible for building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration systems, power industrial equipment, and security maintenance.
• Oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of refrigeration systems.
• Manage, assign, and oversee all facility operations activities and capital projects.
• Lead to create a culture of safety.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with third-party vendors.
• Oversee the selection, purchase, utilization, and inventory control of company assets.
• Partner with QA and sanitation teams to ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
• Ensure all vehicles are in proper working condition.
