What you'll do
- Conduct mental health and substance use assessments and diagnoses as appropriate
- develop and update individualized treatment plans
- provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions
- maintain productivity and documentation standards
- coordinate with staff and community agencies
- participate in supervision and required training
- provide crisis assessment and intervention when needed
- maintain professional and ethical standards.
