Teen Development Professional

The Teen Development Professional role is onsite in Cheyenne, WY, and compensation is not specified. The position supports the Boys & Girls Club of Cheyenne’s teen programs for youth ages 13–18 in grades 7–12. During the school year, the stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.; work on non-school days may be up to eight hours per day. The role facilitates programs and activities that promote teen development, safety, social skills, teamwork, self-esteem, and academic success. It contributes to the Club’s mission by welcoming teens, guiding participation, monitoring behavior, and maintaining a safe and supportive program environment.

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and implement teen development activities
• foster a positive program climate
• encourage participation, teamwork, friendships, learning, and academic success
• monitor behavior and follow discipline procedures
• maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment
• supervise teens during daily operations and field trips
• maintain program equipment and supplies
• support attendance, parent communication, and teen data tracking as assigned.
