What you'll do

• Manage an origination pipeline from outreach through closing
• source opportunities through cold outreach, inbound leads, and relationship development
• advise property owners through ground lease buyouts
• negotiate and structure transactions
• manage underwriting, LOI execution, due diligence, and closing with legal and operations teams
• build long-term stakeholder relationships
• meet pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets
• develop market expertise in telecommunications, real estate, and digital infrastructure.
