The Lead Technician — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Pennsville, NJ, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The technician diagnoses and repairs vehicle components, performs major repairs and overhauls, and documents work and warranty information. The role supports dealership service operations by completing repairs to factory and dealership standards, assisting other technicians, and maintaining safe, orderly work practices.

What you'll do

• Perform repair-order work independently
• complete major component repairs and overhauls
• diagnose vehicle problems and malfunctions
• repair electrical and air-conditioning systems
• obtain parts
• inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
• document work and warranty information
• road-test vehicles or refer them to a test technician
• assist other technicians
• attend manufacturer training
• maintain tools and a clean, safe shop.
