Job overview

The Detail Team Member role is onsite in Rio Rancho, NM. Compensation is $12–$15 per hour. The team member helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized club through routine walkthroughs and custodial tasks. The role also supports a positive member experience through respectful daily interactions and attention to facility details.

What you'll do

• Clean and disinfect internal and external club areas, including walkways and the parking lot
• conduct walkthroughs
• remove trash
• clean locker rooms
• re-rack weights
• complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
• communicate respectfully with team members
• maintain an organized facility
• assist with large projects such as painting under supervision.
