The Restaurant Shift Leader role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, paying $13–$15 per hour. The role supports Taco Cabana’s restaurant management team in meeting operational goals, sales, and profit plans. The shift leader supervises hourly team members to support product quality, efficient operations, and guest service. The role also supports food safety and sanitation, team training, restaurant upkeep, cash and safety procedures, and resolution of guest complaints.

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise hourly team members
• support task assignments and safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• train team members
• assist with equipment and facility upkeep
• conduct register and safe audits and account for funds
• report accidents
• respond to guest complaints
• monitor cleanliness
• recommend disciplinary action.
