Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job overview

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer role is remote within the United States, except California. The starting salary range is $120,000–$140,000 per year, plus bonus. The engineer builds and modernizes software across backend services, data architecture, and front-end applications. The role also provides technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with product, quality assurance, and DevOps teams.

What you'll do

• Architect scalable, secure, maintainable systems across backend, frontend, and database layers
• lead design discussions and code reviews
• develop production-ready features
• improve performance, reliability, and technical debt
• partner on CI/CD and observability
• mentor engineers
• participate in production support rotation and root-cause analysis.
