Registered Nurse (RN) Health Services Coordinator

Job overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) Health Services Coordinator works onsite in Plymouth, MN, for 20 hours per week. Pay is $32–$38 per hour. Missions Inc. Programs provides housing, emergency shelter, and supportive services for domestic abuse survivors and people seeking recovery from substance use disorders. The RN coordinates medical consultation and medication monitoring across housing programs, helping residents access appropriate care and supporting staff in safe, consistent medical response. The role also contributes to quality improvement, staff training, and health education.

What you'll do

• Provide medical and crisis consultation and liaise with medical facilities and providers
• assess potential admissions
• provide emergency first aid and refer to emergency services when needed
• follow up with hospitalized clients
• coordinate admissions and transfers
• monitor equipment, blood glucose, and blood pressure
• complete medical histories and referrals
• oversee medication monitoring and disposal
• train staff
• conduct client-specific education and Narcan training
• contribute to quality improvement and infection control
• perform Mantoux testing for new employees except JRC.
