Landscaping Supervisor

The Landscaping Supervisor role is onsite in Concord, NC. Compensation is $19–$23.50 per hour. Terra Green Landscapes is a full-service landscape company; this position leads its Landscape and Enhancement team. The supervisor leads installation crews delivering landscape and outdoor stone projects for residential and commercial clients. The role coordinates hardscape, irrigation, lighting, planting, grading, and lawn work while maintaining safe, clean worksites and properly maintained equipment and vehicles.

What you'll do

• Lead two- to three-member landscaping installation crews
• communicate with managers and crew members
• oversee and install hardscape projects such as pavers, retaining walls, and patios
• oversee and install irrigation and outdoor lighting
• oversee mulch, pine-needle, and sod installation
• perform grading
• maintain clean and safe worksites
• maintain assigned vehicles and equipment.
