What you'll do

• Lead daily paving crew operations
• operate and assist with paving equipment
• coordinate truck timing and asphalt delivery
• review plans and specifications
• monitor mat quality, joints, rolling patterns, and workmanship
• communicate with project managers, plant personnel, subcontractors, and inspectors
• maintain jobsite safety
• train and mentor crew members
• identify equipment or production issues.
