What you'll do

• Analyze, assign, track, and report on cybersecurity orders
• coordinate cyber order reviews and standardization with stakeholders
• develop and maintain ITIL processes, operating-level agreements, plans, and schedules
• conduct briefings and process reviews
• identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• collect, analyze, and report cybersecurity metrics and trends.
