Privacy and Data Protection Manager

The Privacy and Data Protection Manager role is onsite in Plano, TX, with pay of $62.00–$62.82 per hour. The role assists the Head of Privacy for Electronica America with day-to-day operations of the North American Privacy and Data Security Compliance Program. The manager helps maintain privacy compliance by managing policies and consumer privacy requests, conducting risk assessments and supporting audits, and advising business teams on data mapping. The role also supports training, monitors regulatory developments, and coordinates with privacy teams in Korea and other regions.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily privacy and data security program operations
• prepare and update policies, procedures, and process documentation
• manage the US Consumer Privacy Rights Portal and requests
• conduct privacy risk assessments and data request reviews
• assist with audits and data mapping
• respond to consumer inquiries
• support training and awareness
• monitor legislation and industry practices
• liaise with global privacy teams.
