What you'll do

• Wash dishes and provide clean silverware and dishes
• clean inside and outside the restaurant, restrooms, parking lot, utility area, trash cans, and back dock
• stock cook, line, and server areas with glasses, silverware, and dishes
• follow local health department laws
• complete the duty roster
• maintain organization, speed, and cleanliness
• and report equipment or facility problems to the manager.
