Fast Track Management Program

What you'll do

• Learn Brakes Plus business and store operations
• build and develop a motivated team
• work with the Sales Team on the lobby floor and the Service Team in the shop
• help improve team performance and execute store processes
• develop skills in payroll management, expense analysis, inventory control, employee retention, conflict resolution, and P&L review.
