What you'll do

• Audit, balance, post, and report front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations
• greet and assist guests
• respond promptly to guest needs and complaints
• make reservations, check guests in and out, and process payments
• answer phones, maintain a cash drawer, and operate office equipment
• follow safety, security, and emergency procedures.
