What you'll do

• Operate the switchboard and paging system
• answer and redirect incoming calls
• greet and direct residents and visitors
• maintain current resident, personnel, and department contact lists
• coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
• support clerical activities
• perform other duties as requested.
