What you'll do

• Manage personal injury matters from evaluation through resolution
• draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and pretrial submissions
• take and defend depositions
• work with experts
• appear at hearings, mediations, and trial
• advise clients and maintain proactive contact
• evaluate liability, coverage, damages, and liens
• negotiate with adjusters and defense counsel
• oversee settlements and client disbursements
• direct case managers and paralegals
• maintain case notes and deadlines.
