What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers about State Farm insurance products and services
• gather information to identify and qualify leads
• follow up on campaign and referral leads to schedule agent appointments
• answer basic questions about insurance options
• maintain prospect and customer-interaction records
• follow State Farm communication and compliance guidelines
• report call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling
• create and manage social media content supporting agency marketing.
