What you'll do

• Follow restaurant opening and closing procedures
• perform housekeeping in restaurant, bar, and restroom areas
• stock food items and alert the manager when supplies are low
• complete side work
• engage with guests
• clear and clean tables
• maintain bus stations, including trash, recycling, and composting
• move tables, chairs, and bus stations as needed
• assist elsewhere as business volume and staffing require.
