What you'll do

• Lead residential sales for sewer, water main, excavation, water heater, and plumbing upgrade projects
• manage and coach Plumbing Advisors
• assess homeowners’ plumbing needs and ensure accurate proposals
• coordinate scheduling with technicians and crews
• track sales performance and revenue goals
• support code, permitting, and safety compliance
• improve sales processes and conduct team meetings and training.
