The role maintains hospital buildings, grounds, equipment, and support services while coordinating repairs, vendors, and preventive maintenance. It also provides day-to-day direction and support to Environmental Services to help sustain a clean, safe, and sanitary hospital.

What you'll do

• Partner with hospital leadership to identify and resolve facility issues
• respond to maintenance requests
• inspect interior and exterior areas for maintenance, safety, and security concerns
• perform minor building repairs
• coordinate preventive maintenance, vendors, contractors, quotes, agreements, and schedules
• oversee required safety inspections
• maintain maintenance and inspection records
• manage supplies inventory
• support Environmental Services
• assist with housekeeping and facility support as needed.
