• Welcome patients and families
• assist with paperwork, registration, check-in, and insurance verification
• enter information into the electronic health record
• assess household income for sliding-fee costs
• schedule and manage appointments
• communicate with patients, providers, and staff
• maintain confidential records and files
• process payments and prepare applicable reports
• follow HIPAA requirements
• support patient education, chart audits, and team huddles
• travel to other CareSouth facilities as assigned or needed.
