What you'll do
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines
- perform mold changes
- adjust process parameters and conduct quality inspections
- inspect molds and complete basic maintenance
- coordinate extensive repairs with an external tool shop
- use basic tool shop equipment
- program and adjust servo robotic equipment
- set up auxiliary equipment
- follow ISO 9001 requirements
- collaborate with engineering to meet customer requirements
- mentor and train molding personnel.
