What you'll do

• Manage employees and seasonal facilities in the assigned territory
• provide customer service and safety leadership
• coordinate agronomy dispatch and efficient use of staff and equipment
• set operating hours
• maintain workplaces and inventory
• identify sales and operational efficiency opportunities
• perform accounting and cash-control functions
• make farm calls as needed
• manage expenses, performance metrics, overtime, repairs, and maintenance
• supervise hiring, training, work assignments, performance, and timecards.

Why this role
