Residential HVAC Service Technician

Job overview

The Residential HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Owatonna, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 40 or more hours per week and a minimum once-a-month on-call rotation; pay is $38–$46 per hour based on experience. What you'll do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating and air-conditioning systems
• troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
• complete service calls
• and follow company quality and safety standards. The role also includes customer and team communication, supporting other service technicians, participating in the on-call rotation, and overtime as needed.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of HVAC service experience, a valid driver's license and insurable driving record, and EPA Universal certification. HVAC trade school certification is preferred; NATE certification is a plus.
