What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support the parts team
• oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and parts sales
• maintain accurate and appropriately stocked inventory
• coordinate parts availability with Service, Production, and Operations
• build customer, vendor, and internal relationships
• monitor sales, inventory performance, margins, and expenses
• identify process, cost, and efficiency improvements
• assist the team during busy periods.
