What you'll do

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, simulator, on-the-job, and Train-the-Trainer instruction on defense systems
• adapt delivery for language barriers and student backgrounds while following the approved Program of Instruction and applicable standards
• evaluate student performance and provide remedial coaching
• maintain technical knowledge of assigned systems
• prepare and maintain training equipment
• collaborate on curriculum updates
• maintain student and certification records
• follow safety and site security procedures
• document after-action reviews
• support external evaluations
• and coordinate training-area preparation and logistics for Taiwan training events.
