What you'll do

• Make outbound phone calls and engage existing clients
• inform clients about products, services, and pricing
• learn client business needs and explain how offerings may meet them
• recommend appropriate products as a product consultant
• maintain regular email communication
• build professional relationships through listening, probing, and problem-solving
• meet targets of 100 outbound calls per day or two hours of talk time and 15 quote submissions per month
• support the quotes department as needed.
