Resort Executive Chef

What you'll do

• Lead culinary operations across outlets, banquets, and catering
• develop and engineer menus
• monitor quality, presentation, guest satisfaction, and costs
• coordinate with outlet managers and Food & Beverage leadership
• manage kitchen staffing, schedules, purchasing, inventory, recipes, and reporting
• train and evaluate staff
• maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
• address guest concerns and dietary requests
• and assist with cooking during peak periods or events. The posting requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
