Contracts Administrator

What you'll do

• Coordinate contract review, negotiation, and execution
• organize contracts and related documents
• verify required materials are received
• identify legal, financial, insurance, operational, and business risks
• prepare proposed revisions
• coordinate with management and legal counsel
• support negotiations and contract issue resolution
• ensure flow-down provisions in subcontracts
• coordinate insurance certificates and compliance documents
• route, approve, execute, and retain contracts
• maintain accurate status and approval records.
