The Head of Clinical Operations & Development Operations role is onsite in South San Francisco, CA, with an annual base pay range of $275,000–$330,000. Dualitas Therapeutics is developing bispecific antibody therapies for immune and inflammatory diseases and is preparing to advance DTX-102 toward its first clinical trial. This leader builds the operational foundation for clinical trials and integrated development programs, beginning with First-in-Human trial start-up for DTX-102. The role connects clinical, CMC, regulatory, nonclinical, and quality work through operational plans, systems, vendor partnerships, and governance so programs can execute with quality and discipline.

What you'll do

• Lead clinical trial execution, including First-in-Human start-up, site selection and activation, enrollment, monitoring, and close-out
• select and manage CROs and functional service providers
• manage trial budgets, timelines, and risk plans
• oversee clinical trial systems and inspection-ready documentation
• partner on protocols and informed consent documents
• integrate development timelines across Clinical, CMC, Regulatory, Nonclinical, and Quality
• establish SOPs, quality systems, document control, and governance
• manage program budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• support due diligence and investor or board reporting
• negotiate vendor contracts
• build and lead clinical operations and program management functions.
