What you'll do

• Assist with scheduling, staffing, caseload management, and workflow
• provide skilled therapy services within the scope of the candidate’s license
• support and mentor rehabilitation staff
• monitor documentation, treatment plans, progress, and discharge planning
• participate in quality improvement
• collaborate with nursing, physicians, social services, and case management
• support compliance with Medicare requirements, regulations, facility policies, and documentation standards
• assist the Director of Rehabilitation.
