The Vice President of Development, Design & Construction is an onsite executive role based in Carrollton, TX. The salary range is $235,200.00 to $341,200.00+ per year. This role supports Lifespace Communities, a nonprofit senior living organization. The role exists to provide strategic leadership for the enterprise-wide capital development program. The Vice President leads the planning, design, redevelopment, renovation, and construction of complex projects across the national portfolio, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What you'll do

• Leading enterprise capital planning, redevelopment, renovation, and new development initiatives.
• Serving as the owner's representative for major capital projects.
• Directing architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Overseeing multimillion-dollar capital budgets and project schedules.
• Establishing enterprise design standards.
