KDC Solutions Technician — Kaizen and Karakuri

What you'll do

• Assist with building prototype structures for kaizen ideas
• follow drawings and direction
• test prototypes and identify basic issues
• modify and repair kaizen structures and karakuri systems using Creform/SUS
• support installation and implementation on the production floor
• identify root causes of implementation problems
• read basic drawings and layouts
• verify measurements with tools
• recognize process waste and support efficiency improvements
• assist with coordination, documentation, progress tracking, and troubleshooting.
