The Program Manager (Intel) role is onsite at Appian headquarters in McLean, VA, with employees expected in the office four to five days per week. Compensation is $150,000–$300,000 per year, plus eligibility for a government clearance differential; a discretionary bonus may be awarded. The role supports Appian’s Customer Success team and its Intel Community customers. The manager designs and leads customer success programs that help sensitive government clients realize value from Appian’s AI-powered process automation platform. By coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning roadmaps, and monitoring customer outcomes, the role supports customer mission success and Appian’s growth in the Intelligence Community.

What you'll do

• Design and execute customer success programs, including onboarding frameworks, adoption playbooks, value realization strategies, and renewal campaigns
• lead cross-functional initiatives across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services
• partner with senior customer and internal stakeholders on roadmaps and priorities
• monitor KPIs including Net Promoter Score, churn, renewals, customer health, and adoption metrics.

Why this role
